Internships

Internships for college students are available in our four offices for the fall, spring and summer terms.

Bill's intern program is designed to give participants exposure to the legislative process and work in a congressional office, including the responsibilities and considerations of elected officials as they make public policy decisions.

Assignments may include researching legislation, attending hearings, answering telephones and assisting with constituent concerns, and the hours are flexible to accommodate students' course schedules.

Interested applicants can fill out the online application below. For additional information, please contact one of our offices.

What are these options?

Constituents who are hard of hearing or use a video phone have the option to choose TDD or VP based on the type of device they are using. This allows our office to respond to them accordingly. The default option 'Voice' is a standard audible telephone.
