Some Members hold "Congress on your Corner;" some have "Help in your Hometown."  Bill has Coffee.

Bill wants to be as accessible to the residents of Massachusetts’ 9th district as possible.  So he started Coffee with Bill, which is designed to enable constituents to speak with him in a casual, convenient atmosphere.

At least once a month, Bill will stop by a local coffee stop or restaurant in towns through the 9th district to speak with residents and hear their thoughts.  Local residents will be notified in advance so they can come and participate.
